WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS FOR A RETURN?
After requesting the return of the product, you can choose between receiving the amount paid through a refund or reversal, depending on the method of payment for the order. When the purchase was paid with a bank slip, after analyzing the returned product, CANOÊ will send you an email requesting your bank details so that we can make the deposit, within a period of up to 10 working days. If the purchase was paid by credit card, the refund will be made within 15 working days, after analysis of the product by CANOÊ, sending an email with the receipt. If the purchase has been made in installments, there will be a reversal of the amount referring to the installments already paid and the cancellation of the charge for the others, which will not be charged.
CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OF MY PRODUCT INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
Once the RETURNS AND EXCHANGE conditions have been met, you may choose to exchange the product purchased for another CANOÊ product, subject to stock availability. In this case, CANOÊ will send you, by email, a discount coupon corresponding to the product originally purchased, which can be used for purchases on the site for a period of up to 30 days.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
To request a return, send an email to mundocanoe@canoebeachwear.com.br, with your CPF, order number and the product to be returned, indicating the reason for the return: PURCHASE WITHDRAWAL/PART SIZE or DEFECT FACTORY. In addition, you must inform if you are interested in a refund of the amount paid or in the exchange of the product.
WITHDRAWAL OF PURCHASE/PIECE SIZE:
In this case, you can request the return of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt. To do so, you must go to a Post Office branch or franchisee, sending the product to the address shown on the respective invoice, bearing the postage costs.
FACTORY DEFECT:
In this case, the return period will be 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. You will receive, by e-mail, a postage authorization from Correios, just go to a Correios branch or a franchisee, taking the authorization code and the product for postage, with no cost.
IMPORTANT!
Regardless of the reason for the return, the following conditions must be observed:
– Be returned with the respective invoice and any accessories;
– Have no signs of use or washing;
– Be with all the tags;
– Be returned in the original packaging.
– Return postage must be made within 10 days of receipt of return authorization.
If these rules are not complied with, the product will be returned to the sender.
ORDERS AND DELIVERIES – HOW WILL MY PRODUCT BE DELIVERED
All products sold on the CANOÊ website are shipped in bags or boxes designed to ensure product quality and prevent damage. Before receiving the package, check that it is not violated and, if so, do not accept it and, within 24 hours after receiving it, contact CANOÊ through the email mundocanoe@canoebeachwear.com. br, informing what happened.
WHAT IS THE TERRITORIAL SCOPE FOR DELIVERY OF ORDERS?
Products purchased on the CANOÊ website can be shipped throughout the national territory. Delivery of products is carried out by Correios, using the Sedex or PAC modality, according to your choice at the time of purchase and the location of delivery. To find out the delivery time and the respective freight, just enter the recipient's zip code in the FREIGHT DETAILS item and the calculation will be done automatically.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER AND HOW CAN I TRACK ITS DELIVERY?
Delivery times are calculated from the payment approval date and from the first working day following the postage date, and the deadlines vary according to the delivery method chosen and the zip code entered.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, the CANOÊ team will do its best to keep you informed of possible problems and/or delays. If you do not receive an item from your order within the stated period, please contact us via email mundocanoe@canoebeachwear.com.br
